Maddie Bradshaw
When Maddie Bradshaw was ten-years she wanted to decorate her locker with something creative. That's when she created Snap Caps® bottle cap necklaces.
She started her business M3 Girl Designs, with a mere $300 investment. Just a few years later, M3 Girl designs (which she runs with her mom and little sister) has become a national brand, selling 50,000 necklaces per month.
In 2011, Maddie published her first book for kids about starting a business.
Part of Maddie's success and happiness is due to her parents' allowing her the freedom to fail. Read more about Maddie in Secrets of Safety-Net Parenting in chapter five, "To Fail Is Divine...Kind Of"

“My parents have encouraged me in so many different ways. My biggest cheerleaders as well as my biggest role models. My parents have given me the courage to believe in myself and (have) the confidence to take risks.”
