Grace Baxter

Grace has always had a passion for art and animals. Through her young life, she has let those passions drive her to many successful endeavors. When Grace was five, she decided she wanted to contact the government of France to end the use of shelter animals as bait in big game fishing. That same year, she started her first business. Three years later she became the CEO of her second business, selling over 1,300 handmade products in two years.

The ten-year old has raised over $2,500 for animals in need, through her business, Girl Scout cookie sales and arts sales and art shows. She has also donated her products to children in need through The Unity Shoppe.

Because of her experiences, Grace has been given a private tour of Direct Relief International (due to her donation in 2010 for the Haiti earthquake disaster) and been a guest at The Maya Group Toy Company due to her creation and development of her toy product. She has won numerous local and national art competitions.

She also has struggled with anxiety disorders her whole life. Anxiety is an obstacle, but her parents have never let it become an excuse as to why she cannot succeed or be happy.
